Kids registration

1. Why do I need to register my children? Can't we just turn up on the day?

By registering your children, you are helping us to make sure Santa brings along enough presents for all the children on the day.

Also, Christmas 4 Kids is such a popular event for children that we want to keep a track of the number of children who attend on the day. By registering your children, you are helping us to do a better job on the day and plan better for future events too!

2. If we cannot attend the event, will we be able to claim the present?

If your child is not able to attend the event, he or she will not be guaranteed a present from Santa. As you can appreciate, we will need to give priority to the children who have registered and who are attending on the day.

3. If I do not register my children, will they be able to attend the event?

Yes, we would love to have them along! There will be plenty of fun and games for them too. However they will not be guaranteed a present from Santa, so we encourage you to register your child before the closing date.

4. I have registered my child, but we can no longer attend the event. What do I do?

If you and/or your child can no longer attend the event for whatever reason, please drop us an email on rego@c4k.net.au to let us know so that we can make space for other children who are wanting to come. We would be glad to hear from you! It is a pity you can't join us... hope you can come next year!

5. Will I be able to attend the day and get presents for other children (of relatives, friends etc) who cannot attend?

We will need to give priority to the children who have registered and who are attending on the day. That's why we will not be able guarantee a present for children who are not there on the day. However, if there are any presents left at the end of the day, you may be able to approach one of our friendly volunteers for one present per child.
